We’ve been around long enough to remember when the most expensive salons weren’t charging more because the hair was better—they were charging more because they bundled in “extras.” You’d get a free lunch, a manicure, or even the novelty of using a personal telephone (before mobiles!). It was never about better scissors or more talent—it was about the add-ons. That’s not who we are.
