Led by Leonard Newton — with experience across global leaders including Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy and Evo — and supported by Jodie, whose warmth and creative eye shape the salon experience, DMJ is built on a balance of skill, care and authenticity.

Together, our small, highly skilled team work from our much-loved Surry Hills salon, creating personalised, beautiful and wearable hair that fits seamlessly into our clients’ lives.
