Leonard

Leonard started out in Manchester and quickly moved on to London, where he
re-trained with a well known global salon group in its embryonic stages.
Leonard was also involved early on with hairdressing education. Training others at the London Academy while also working on product lines before moving into session styling, working with the iconic Guido Palau. Frequently styling for fashion publications, like The Face, Leonard thrived off the creative freedom and flexibility this allowed him.
Leonard has also been heavily involved in educating globally for evo and behind the product development of the evo hair care range however Leonards true passion lies in precision cutting and styling. Well awarded, it is clear Leonard is passionate about what he does.

Lez

1979.... it all began at Bananas and Guava salon Wellington, New Zealand. The time was all about strong punk-influenced looks ... bright and bold shapes with colour to match.
Lez has had a colourful career, creatively directing his own salon, educating for Swartzkopf and winning the converted title of New Zealand ‘Hairdresser of the Year’.
Well known for session styling everything from high fashion through to advertising campaigns, Lez loves his creative work.
After taking a bite out of the big apple, with a 3 year stint at world renown John Sahag salon on Maddison Avenue, Lez returned to Australia and now makes up 1/3 of DMJ.
Lez prides himself upon the ability to create beautiful haircuts and colour while sharing a few laughs along the way.

Jodie

Jodie is a lover of hair and for her, it’s more than a job, it’s a lifestyle.
Super experienced in cuts and colour, and specialising in blondes, Jodie may just have the most fun of us all!
During her career, Jodie has gained the accolades of Sassoon masters, working alongside hairdressing legends, Mark Hayes and Edward Darley in London.
Jodie eats her way through styling and fashion mags and follows the fashion shows globally for inspiration. Jodie is always striving to create stunning cuts and colour which she can be proud of, and which compliment her clientele.
